In addition, her natural talent quickly earned her a position with the Soby’s Test Kitchen and a more permanent position with the St. Andrew’s Club & Conference Centre as a Sous Chef.
In 2006, Annie graduated with Honours. Shortly thereafter she chose to pursue her graduate studies with the George Brown French Culinary Program. She attended classes at the Institut de Toursim et d'Hôtellerie du Québec in Montreal and went on to Lyon, France, where she earned a Certificate in French Cuisine from the Institute Paul Boucuse.
In early 2004 Annie attended culinary school to pursue her passion for cooking. After careful consideration, she enrolled in the renowned Culinary Management Program at George Brown College in Toronto. Within 3 months of enrolling, Annie’s natural talent was immediately recognized, she was chosen to represent the College in culinary competitions as a member of the Culinary Team.
By the end of her first year, Annie’s competitive success found her the recipient of numerous culinary awards, including:
